The home had a great location very close to UT. Love the Rio Market close by. Chris and Rose were very responsive and the home was in great shape and stocked with all the amenities that you would need. The yard was awesome and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Most Airbnb's have a sort of hollow-empty feeling. This one is very much a house that happens to be an Airbnb. Kitchens, Bathrooms, etc are all well appointed with just about everything you might need/might have forgotten. Location wise, it was uniquely perfect for us as we have close friends who live a few houses up the street. It'll be our top choice on future trips.

Staying at the Austin Oasis was such a delight! The place has so many amenities and it felt like we were right at home. The backyard is gorgeous. We had fun playing ping-pong, sitting out in the sun on the patio and sharing meals. The home was spacious and tidy. Our Christmas there, will be one which we will all have fond memories of for a lifetime!!! 🎄🎁💫 Thank you!!

Chris and Rose’s house was very nice and fully stocked, if you forgot any toiletries or wanted to cook and needed foil or spices, etc. The house was clean and spacious. They let us know the house would be ready at noon, if we didn’t want to wait until 4pm. We appreciated that.

Absolutely the BEST Airbnb I've ever rented! I was able to host my Ladies Retreat weekend, and we did not feel cramped at all! Everyone was so impressed with the home that one guest asked if they could leave their own review! The house was stocked with everything you could think of. Can't wait to rent again!

Enjoyed a 3 night stay here for my bachelor party. Plenty of room for everyone (had 9 people total) and no one felt cramped. Had plenty of space in the backyard and had fun playing poker, grilling, making cocktails, and swimming. Plenty of towels provided for swimming and grilling utensils, saves some packing space. We brought a total of 5 cars and were all able to park with plenty of space. The place was also very clean and restrooms were spotless upon check in (huge plus). The location was perfect for being in a quiet area but not too far from everything. Was able to uber everyone for a night out, or go shopping with ease. If coming back to the Austin area I would definitely book again, and if you are on the fence about booking this location then look no further!

What a great house! It was charming and in a good location within Austin on a quiet street. We were in town for our annual high school girls getaway, totaling 6. Within the house, there were plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. The house was large, very cute and clean. There were two good size rooms to hang out in. The weather was in our favor so we took advantage of the beautiful back yard. We had a blast! We were all so amazed with all the extra amenities ; lots of towels, most bathroom items (don’t worry if you forgot something), snacks, blankets, coffee, tea and more. Great place, good location, and super friendly hosts - we will be back. This house is highly recommended by us all!

Looking for a place convenient to Dripping Springs and a short drive to Austin then this is it. Great Texas Hill Country vibe with quick access to the highway but no road noise. Great place for a family gathering or business trip. Will stay again if we are in the area. Chris and Rose are quick to respond and very pleasant and gracious hosts.

Chris and Rose were amazing hosts! Their place is beautifully decorated and super clean. Communication was seamless, and they were always responsive to our questions. The house was exactly as described in the photos, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Chris and Rose as hosts.
