Rose was a fantastic host. Her response time was quick, and she gave clear instructions on how to enter the property, and check out on the day we had to leave. The property was clean and provided a great time for my friends and I. All of were saying “we would love to have a home like someday.” 10/10 would recommend Rose and the property to others.

We had a great time staying at this house over spring break! So close to some great breakfast spots and smoothie places on Guadalupe. Sad I didn’t go to Texas French toast for coffee. Also walking distance to the fun/funky thrift stores on Guadalupe. Close to downtown. Backyard was really fun. My kids enjoyed the pool, ping-pong and just hanging out after long days on South Congress and Barton Springs.

Chris & Rose were amazing hosts & the house was beautiful and very clean! There was plenty to do at the house with all of the amenities and I appreciate all of the small touches that were included, like fully stocked bathrooms if you may have forgotten to bring something during your travel. I also appreciate how kind & responsive Chris & Rose were, and I would absolutely book with them again in the future!

Our stay was great. We had a family get together for a Birthday and the place was perfect. Very clean and the outdoor section was very family friendly. The Hot tub was the biggest I had ever seen and was great for hanging out with everyone. Had a small issue with the entry code but all was remedied quickly and the rest of the time went well. Kitchen and Pantry were very functional for our big group. I would definitely be interested in staying here in the future.

Rose was a great host! She was always responsive and worked with us on an early check in. Our group loved the pool cabana and we had plenty of room in the house for our large group.

Great hosts. Law maintenance team showed up the wrong day but Chris notified us exactly when they would be showing up in a very respectful and timely manner. Great communication and truly wants to take care of his guests.

We had a great experience… The Air B&B had even more beds and spaces than what we expected. All the bathrooms and kitchen were full of goodies that we weren’t expecting either. Everything was clean, well explained and on its place. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again. We felt super comfortable and at home. Great hosts

We loved our stay at Chris and Rose’s property, it was very clean and the kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything you need which was very helpful. The hot-tub was definitely the star of this property as well its huge and had more than enough space for everyone on the trip. Definitely will be visiting again its a beautiful clean property!

The home had a great location very close to UT. Love the Rio Market close by. Chris and Rose were very responsive and the home was in great shape and stocked with all the amenities that you would need. The yard was awesome and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Most Airbnb's have a sort of hollow-empty feeling. This one is very much a house that happens to be an Airbnb. Kitchens, Bathrooms, etc are all well appointed with just about everything you might need/might have forgotten. Location wise, it was uniquely perfect for us as we have close friends who live a few houses up the street. It'll be our top choice on future trips.
